《公文写作》考试大纲

Ⅰ.考试性质
普通高等学校本科插班生招生考试，是由专科毕业生参加的选拔性考试。高等学校根据考生的成绩，按已确定的招生计划，德、智、体全面衡量、择优录取。因此，本科插班生考试应有较高的信度、效度、必要的区分度和适当的难度。
Ⅱ.考试基本要求
一、考试基本要求
要求考生能比较全面系统掌握行政公文的基本理论和基本知识，能写出内容充实、观点正确、结构合理、层次分明、表达有力、语言通畅的常用公文，以及能正确理解和评析常用公文。
二、考核知识点及考核要求
本大纲的考核要求分为“识记、领会、应用”三个层次，具体要求是：
1、识记：能正确理解和解释有关定义和概念，并能准确表达；
2、领会：在“识记”的基础上，能较全面把握行政公文的基本理论、原理、方法，并能准确掌握行政公文基本理论、原理、方法的区别与联系；
3、应用：在领会的基础上，能准确运用行政公文的基本理论、原理、方法解决公文实践中的问题，能写出合格的、规范的、有质量的
